We all handle stress in different ways, some healthier than others. Some people can stay relaxed in a stressful situation and others feel stressed in a relatively calm situation. The challenge is often not the stressor but how we perceive and react to it.
This program will explore the 5 causes of stress and how to overcome them through yoga practices and philosophy.
Participants will receive specific practical tools to benefit their perceptions and reactions to stress.

- 5:45 pm to 7:00 pm (75 minutes)
The 2 sessions will be part theory, part gentle practice of exercise and meditation and part discussion.
