Birthday Chanting

Join me for some energizing mantras!
In the Sivananda chantbook it says to chant the MahaMrtyunjaya Mantra 3, 9, 27 or 108 times on your birthday. I started this practice in Thailand after my teacher training and have continued it annually ever since. As it is such an inspiring practice I would love for you to join me and share in the experience!

Log in just before 8am, Ill put the words up on the screen and we can chant together!
