Event Details

A 4-week series consisting of four 75-minute classes. Ideal for those that have completed our Yoga 101 series or for anyone with a basic understanding of yoga and looking to refresh the fundamentals of their yoga practice or gain a more solid foundation.
These classes are designed to further the exploration of  yoga postures, breath-work and meditation.
Week 1: Forward bends and hip openers
Week 2: Headstand and variations
Week 3: Back bends
Week 4: Breath-work and Meditation
This series provides:
  • Experiential learning with an opportunity for individual attention.
  • The opportunity to ask questions about yoga postures and learn about the importance of breathing.
  • An exploration of different postures so you can further experience the benefits of a yoga practice.
  • An exploration of alignment and modifications to prevent injuries.
