A regular breathwork (Pranayama) practice helps to create a calm, relaxed and balanced mind. The early morning, before the mind is too active, is the ideal time to have breathwork (Pranayama) practice and helps to prep you for the day ahead.
This workshop series is designed to get you going, to give you the tools and confidence to continue on your own and to inspire you to create your own morning practices.
The workshop begins with an evening session (Online or In-Person) to introduce you to the techniques of specific breathing practices and answer any questions before starting our Online daily morning group practice sessions over the following 7 days.
The final evening is a second practice and a discussion on the effects over the past week and ideas and tips to continue your personal practice in the future.
This workshop series is open to ALL teachers and students and requires a steady commitment for the 8 days. A healthy diet, regular sleep and Sattvic habits will support you in having the best experience possible!
  • Lecture & Practice: Thursday, Feb 9th 2023: 5:45 pm – 7 pm (Online or In-Person)
  • Guided Group Practice: Friday, Feb 10th to Thursday, February 16: 6:30 am – 7 am (Online)
  • Lecture & Practice: Thursday, February 16: 5:45 pm – 7 pm (Online or In-Person)
Cost: $140.00 per person includes 2 evening sessions and 7 guided online morning group practices.
A private group Zoom link will be emailed on the first evening for the 7 guided online morning group practices.
