Meditation and Mantras Challenge
7 days of morning meditation followed by mantra repetition

We will start each morning with a 20 minute guided meditation, followed by a new mantra each morning which we will chant 108X. We will conclude with a short discussion on the meaning of the mantra. This program will energize you for your day and help you become more familiar with mantras. This is a great introduction as well for those looking to find their own personal mantra.
