Join in online or in person for the ever popular summer hip opening program
This 5 week series each Wednesday night focuses on the basic Sivananda class with hip opening variations, some are fun, some are easy and some are interesting to look at but might make you say hmmm….
Classes will have time for breathing in poses, trying new things and always end with deep relaxation practice.
All students are welcome, a background in yoga is ideal.
Join virtually or join in person in Cantley, 7 Val DÍsere, please confirm in advance for in person classes.
All participants will receive a recorded copy of the classes so you can make up what you missed and continue throughout the week.
The course is $75 plus HST and drop ins are possible.
