Daily morning practice!

It is the best time of year to be a yogi!!

The morning is the best time of day to practice yoga! (2nd best is any time you can!)

As we are about the change the clocks, it makes it very easy to get an extra 30 minutes of sleep and an extra 30 minutes for Sadhana.

I will try to help by offering you the annual early morning yoga program from the comfort of your own home! This program is designed to get you going and build a daily morning routine.

Join in for 6 – 30 minute practices, Sunday Nov 5th – Friday November 10th. All on Zoom!

Classes will be recorded and sent to you so you can continue with them all year!
