Yoga Nidra or yogic sleep is a conscious relaxation technique to heal body and mind and connect with the self.

 

It is similar to the final relaxation at the end of class but much deeper and a longer practice. Students will be in the relaxation pose for up to 1hr, guided the whole time.

Make your space warm, you can cover yourself in some blankets and use props as necessary to be fully at ease.
