Join us for an inner staycation to search for calm, resilience and peace. Instead of focusing on what is not accessible, turn the focus around during this time that is very conducive to self inquiry and meditation.
In this 4-week series we will covering one of the most discussed portions of the Raja Yoga Sutras, the 8 Limbs of Yoga, Chapter 2 verse 27 – Chapter 3 verse 3.
Each session consists of a gentle yoga practice, meditation and philosophy lecture. We will study from the gross to the subtle, from action to thought to stillness.
The 8 Limbs of Yoga offers practical steps towards a more peaceful mindset and life. By studying yogic philosophy you will experience more depth and direction in your current yoga practice.
