90 minute class which includes:

  • Pranayama (breathing exercises)
  • Surya Namaskar (sun salutation)
  • 12 Basic Asanas (postures)
  • Final Relaxation


This recording is meant for those already comfortable with the Sivananda practice. The practice should be done within your own physical limits to achieve the benefits.
